What is Self Sacred?

Self Sacred is a pioneering practice rooted in the principles of Holistic Health and Wellness, with a paramount emphasis on mental health and overall wellness. We offers sessions that revolve around the core tenets of Holistic Health and Mental Wellness, with specific focus on transformative practices such as Yoga, Mindfulness, the arts, science, literacy, communication and Meditation which aid in growing emotional intelligence and resilience.


In these classes and sessions, participants are afforded a comprehensive learning experience that include a multitude of aspects, including STEAM learning, SEL learning, grounding techniques, breathwork exercises, and the development of both fine and gross motor skills. Furthermore, our curriculum strives to nurture vital social and communication skills, while also addressing important topics such as health, body image, language development, freedom of expression, and the utilization of natural elements.
